Duties and Responsibilities' Include (s);
Joint Principal Administrators, Business Mangers, Maintaing and Constructing County Affairs, Make Orders and Authorizations to Inspect and Approve County Programs and Facilities, Supervise Financial Affairs of the County/City, Investigate the Performances of Other County Officers, Making Agreements Affecting the Welfare of the Citizens of the said County, Joint Chief Fiscal Entity, Receiving and Expending Funds, Transactions, Prepare Budgets, Award Contracts, Act on Claims, Ensure Accuracy of All Officials Who Handles County Funds, Audit All Officers Who Receive, Manage, or Distribute Money Belonging to or Appropriated to the County, Assisting the Citizens, Develop a Citizens Board, Legal and Fiscal Duties, Create Public Trust Authorities, Manage, Oversee Judicial System/Courts/Jail/Police Force, and Enforcing Equality for All Citizens.
